# PigOS

> PigOS is an AI-powered operating system for pig (swine) farm operations. Farmers log farrowing, weaning and mating records and get instant loss-risk signals benchmarked against country-level KPIs (PSY/MSY). The Core is free to start; AI analysis runs on a credit model.

PigOS is built by WiseLake on the field-tested PigPlan pig-farm software track record. It serves pig producers, integrators and swine production teams and is available in 7 languages (English, Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai, Portuguese, Russian) across global markets — the United States, China, Southeast Asia and Latin America (including Chile). PigOS is positioned as a global (international) service.

## What PigOS is (and is not)
- It is a farm-operations OS: it records data, computes KPIs, and flags operational anomalies that warrant a check.
- It is NOT a veterinary diagnostic tool. It does not diagnose disease and does not predict ASF (African Swine Fever). Signals are rule-grounded and AI-assisted; the operator makes the final decision.

## Platforms
- Web app, plus a native Android app available now on Google Play (package id: io.pigos.app). An iOS app is in development.
- Mobile-first: records can be entered offline in the barn and sync when back online.

- Farm records: sows, boars, piglets and grow-finish — farrowing, weaning, mating, mortality — mobile-first, offline-resilient
- KPI dashboard: PSY, NPD, farrowing rate, born alive, weaned, FCR and more

## AI modules (Addon, prepaid credits) — beta / validating with pilot partners
- AI Insight / AI Advisor: a rule-grounded engine produces the finding; the LLM only phrases it in natural language (the LLM does not diagnose or judge).
- AI-assisted, operator-in-the-loop — not automatic diagnosis or prediction. Availability is being validated with pilot partners; do not present AI features as instantly available to everyone.

## Pricing model
- Core farm operations start free (no credit card). AI analysis, reports and advanced insights run on prepaid credits, so cost is predictable — not pay-later usage billing. Credit-based plans are being validated with pilot partners.

## Data & privacy
- Individual farm data is kept private per account and is never shared or sold in an identifiable form. Anonymized aggregate use happens only with the member's separate opt-in consent.
